Here's a short post, just for a quick update to keep my blog from looking dead and lonely!
Something that makes me smile, I read it as something that makes me happy, though I suppose it's kind of the same thing. A couple of years ago, my grandmother gave me the best christmas present ever. I love anything Hello Kitty, and she gifted me with a blanket.
It's pretty big. It's at least as tall as I am and so soft.

And the best part?
She made it for me herself. It also has two matching pillows, but those are tucked away in my closet.
